Total Inside Home Assessment Check List

This Inside Home Assessment was made to help the home owner identify areas in their home that need attention, need to be fixed or soon will need to be fixed.  There are approximately 1,500 things that will be checked in your home and therefore will require about 4-7 hours in duration to be thorough and complete.  Having this detailed information about the condition of everything in your home will help you better plan to take care of the things that need fixing.  Rather than getting a plumber when the leak happens, you can plan now which can save you so much money.    

Below is my checklist to assess your home.

I will assess each room in your house which will include the following: Main Level, Foyer/Entrance Way, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Pantry, Hallway, Stairs, Master Bedroom, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom 1, Guest Bathroom 2, Basement, Office/Den, Sun/Season Room, Rec Room, Storage Room, Utility Room, Laundry Room and any other room in the house.

I have always enjoyed working on the things in my house and have probably worked on just about every item on the list.  I do have a large work shop with so many tools for the right job.    My focus is Trenton area where I just moved from last year.  I would also like to focus on West Bend area which I enjoy.  I do have a strong work ethic and always want to do a superior job.  I would like to give you peace of mind knowing your home is well maintained and decrease the likelihood of emergency calls to fix things.  If for some reason I can't fix it, I will surely lead you in the right direction to help you as best I can.  Feel free and explore all the things I assess and can fix from the list below.
